Returns and Refund Policy

At Ekijya, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days  from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at care@ekijya.com. We will guide you through the return process. Please note that you will need to provide proof of purchase or a receipt.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 Business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain items are not eligible for a return or refund, including:

  • Items bought on Sale are not eligible for refund (unless you have received a defective Product)
  • Gift cards
  • Services rendered
